Microsoft Intune in the Azure portal preview – Part – 3 ( Creation of Users and Group)

Microsoft Intune policies can be applied to a single or multiple groups. Users who are part of these groups will receive the Intune policies. These groups can also be security groups synchronized from existing Windows AD using AD-Connect or you can create a new group in the Azure portal.
In this blog post, we will see how a new user and group can be created in the Microsoft Azure portal.

Creation of New Users and Groups in the Microsoft Azure portal.

  1. How to configure –  In the Azure portal, choose More Services > Intune > Groups

  3. Fill in the information for the group, Group Name, its description, membership type and click create

  4. How to Create a User  – In the Azure portal, choose More Services > Intune > Users > Add

  5. Fill in the information for creating a user and add this user to newly created Group
